Rachel is proud to be a Licensed Certified Social Worker who enjoys partnering with individuals and families to help overcome difficult seasons of life. She has experience working with children as young as 5 years old, families, and adults. She is known for her genuine, non-judgmental approach, meeting her clients where they are in life with compassion and empathy. Her ultimate goal is to help guide her clients to become the best version of themselves, equipping them with skills to regulate difficult emotions and learn effective communication so their desires and dreams become a reality.

Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, anger management, chronic illness, low self-esteem, relationship issues, child behavior issues, family conflict, and faith-based counseling.
