Patricia is a Licensed Certified Social Worker whose goal is to provide everyone with a safe space to feel comfortable working toward their own wellness. She has experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide variety of concerns. Patricia combines experience, education, and a straightforward approach. She believes in challenging clients to build on natural coping mechanisms and tools for navigating difficult life experiences.

 

Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma, low self-esteem, bipolar disorder, and anger management.
