Patricia Snow, LCSW

Patricia is a Licensed Certified Social Worker whose goal is to provide everyone with a safe space to feel comfortable working toward their own wellness. She believes that healing is a joint effort that involves caring without judgment. As a therapist, she is warm, open, encouraging, and down to earth. She has experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide variety of concerns. Patricia combines experience, education, and a straightforward approach. She believes in challenging clients to build on natural coping mechanisms and tools for navigating difficult life experiences.

Patricia is well versed in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Services are provided at the Cabot office and through Telehealth.
